How does crypto conversion work when I pay?
When you make a purchase, the equivalent amount of crypto is sold from your selected funding wallet and instantly converted into the merchant’s settlement currency.
Can I choose which cryptocurrency is used first?
Yes. In your card settings, you can set a priority order (e.g. USDT → USDC → BTC) or select a single asset as the default payment source.
What happens if my crypto balance is not enough?
If the primary asset doesn’t cover the transaction, LightBit can automatically combine multiple assets based on your funding rules, or decline the transaction if there is insufficient total balance.
Can I freeze or cancel my card?
You can instantly lock or unlock your card from the LightBit app or web dashboard. If you suspect fraud, contact support to reissue a new card number.
